Where can an alert reach me?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

An alert can reach you In The App, on Telegram, on WhatsApp, or by Email. In The App always works. The other three need that channel connected first, and none of them is ticked for you — a channel that costs money is offered but never switched on without you asking.

Step three of three. Four channels, and a deliberate decision about which arrive ticked.

What are my four channels?

Tick as many as you want:

  • In The App
  • Telegram
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

An alert with several ticked reaches you on all of them.

Which one should I use?

Telegram if the point is to be interrupted — it is instant, free, and separate from the WhatsApp line your clients are on.

In The App if the point is to have it waiting when you next look. It always works and needs nothing connected.

Why is nothing ticked when I make an alert?

On purpose. A channel that costs money is offered but never pre-ticked — you choose to spend, PropKaki does not choose for you.

So a new alert arrives with its channels offered and its switch off. Two decisions, both yours.

What if the channel is not connected?

The panel says so on that channel's line, with a Connect button beside it.

Telegram and WhatsApp are connected under Extensions → Connectors. Email uses whichever mailbox you connected there too.

Can an alert reach me on the same WhatsApp my clients use?

Yes. It arrives as a message to you, not to them, so nothing leaks.

But it does land in the same app you are trying to keep for clients, which is why Telegram is the usual choice for anything you want to notice quickly.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
