How do I verify my CEA licence?

Open Account Settings and pick Verification. If you are not verified yet, it shows two cards:

• For Agents — press Verify as an Agent if you hold a CEA licence.
• For Agency Staff — press Verify as an Agency Staff if you work at an agency without a licence of your own.

Each card lists what it unlocks, and the agent card has one more line: the Leads Qualification Assistant.

Often not. When the email you sign in with is the one CEA has for you, PropKaki finds your licence on the register and verifies you before you press anything. Your Verification tab then reads Keep your details current — they carry your Verified badge.

If it has not happened, your sign-in email is not on your CEA record (or is on more than one). Use one of the two buttons below.

1. Type your CEA licence no., such as R012345A. When the register finds it, your name and agency appear under the box with Now verify your identity by WhatsApp or email below.
2. Under Choose How to Verify, press Verify by Email.

It passes when the email you sign in with matches your CEA record. If it does not, the message shows the record's address partly hidden, so you can tell which one CEA has.

1. With your licence entered, press Verify by WhatsApp.
2. Press Link WhatsApp, then Open WhatsApp & send code — the code is already typed in. Send it from the phone with the mobile on your CEA record.
3. Press I've sent it. The code lasts 15 minutes.

When the number matches, you are verified with nothing else to press. Personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business both work: the check is the number.

Press Verify as an Agency Staff. If your sign-in email is at an agency PropKaki recognises, press Verify My Agency Email. If not, type your agency email: PropKaki sends a confirmation link, and that address becomes the one you sign in with.

Staff get the Inbox, Prospecting and the leads tools, but not the Verified badge, a directory listing, a website or your own WhatsApp number on PropKaki. A licensed agent should use the agent card.

The usual cause is that neither your sign-in email nor the number you linked is the one on your CEA record. I can't verify my account walks through each message and both ways to reach a person, including Contact support on WhatsApp.
