Can agency staff use PropKaki?

If your email domain belongs to a known agency, PropKaki verifies you as agency staff. You get the working tools — Chats, Prospecting, Extensions. What is licence-bound is the public directory profile, because a client choosing an agent is choosing a registered individual.

How does staff verification work?
By the domain of your account email. If it belongs to an agency PropKaki recognises, you are verified as agency staff without needing a licence number.
That happens on the same Account Settings → Verification tab.
What do staff get?
Chats, Prospecting and Extensions — the day-to-day tools.
That is most of the product, and it is what an operations person or a personal assistant actually needs.
What do staff not get?
A Public Listing in the agent directory.
That one is licence-bound: a client picking an agent from the directory is picking a CEA-registered individual, so it has to point at a licence.
What if I am staff and also licensed?
Your licence wins. If you hold a licence-bound verification, a staff match can never overwrite it or take anything away.
It only ever works the other way: staff moving to a licence is an upgrade, and it is applied straight away.
My agency is not recognised. What now?
Use the manual route on the Verification tab.
Smaller and newer agencies are often not on the list yet, and that is what it is there for.
