How long does verification take?

Instant. When the email you sign in with is on your CEA record, PropKaki finds your licence and verifies you by itself, so Account Settings → Verification may already read Keep your details current — they carry your Verified badge.

• Verify by Email answers as soon as you press it: verified, or a message saying what did not match.
• Verify by WhatsApp finishes on its own once the code you sent arrives — leave the tab open. The code lasts 15 minutes; after that, press Link WhatsApp for a new one.

When neither button can match you, the team verifies you by hand. Press Contact support on WhatsApp on the Verification tab, or Ask the team on WhatsApp from the help button in the corner — A person replies, usually within the day.

Send your licence number with the message so the team can check it against the register straight away.

Yes. Both quick routes compare you with your own CEA record, so:

1. Sign in with the email on your CEA record and press Verify by Email, or
2. Link the WhatsApp number on your CEA record and press Verify by WhatsApp.

If CEA has an old email or mobile for you, update it with CEA first — see My licence details are wrong.
