How long does verification take?

The Short Answer
If your account email is on the CEA register, verification is instant — often done before you press anything. If PropKaki cannot match you automatically, the manual route on the Verification tab is checked by a person, which takes a day or two.
Two paths, and they give very different answers. Which one you are on depends on one thing.
How fast is the automatic check?
Instant. It runs against the register the moment you arrive, so a matched agent is verified without doing anything.
If you are already at 2 of 4 on the corner widget, that is what happened.
How long is the manual route?
A day or two. It goes to a person who checks your details against the register by hand.
The 3 reasons you end up there — no email on file, more than one register entry matching, or an agency domain nobody recognises — all need a human to resolve.
Can I speed it up?
Yes, and it is usually a one-minute fix.
Change your account address to your CEA-registered one under Account Settings → Account, then re-open Verification. The automatic check will find you and the manual route becomes unnecessary.
