Test your assistant before a client sees it

The Short Answer
Open a row in Extensions then Reply Assistants and press Test. Type as the client, ask a saved list of questions, or let an AI play a client. It answers with that row's own settings and nothing is sent to anyone, but every test reply uses your credits.
A test is a new conversation with that row's people, played with everything you have set.
How do I start a test?
- Open Extensions → Reply Assistants and press a row.
- Press Test. It says Testing as Past Clients — always the row's own people.
- Type in Message as Past Clients… and press Send.
The reply is what that row would say, with its mode, strategy and files. A row switched off still answers in a test, so you can see what it would say once on.
What do the chips under a reply mean?
A test does nothing for real, so under a reply PropKaki shows what it would have done:
- Would book Sat 11am — a viewing it would have pencilled into your diary
- Would save their details
- Passed to you — a question it would have handed to you
- Asked for their number
How do I ask a whole list of questions?
Open ⋯ → Configure Tests (or Test Mode → New List) and, on Question Lists, give it a Name and add up to 50 questions — + Add From Common Questions offers what clients most often ask.
Ask As One Conversation on asks them one after another in one chat; off, each question starts a fresh chat with no memory of the others.
Back on the row, pick it under Test Mode → Question List and press play.
Can an AI play the client?
On Simulations in Configure Tests, describe the client under Who The AI Plays — e.g. A first-time HDB buyer asking about Punggol, budget around $600k — up to 600 characters, and set How Many Questions.
Pick it under Test Mode → Simulation and press play. Each message follows from the assistant's last answer, and it stops at your count — or earlier with The client ended the conversation.
Does testing cost anything?
Every answer your assistant gives in a test uses your credits, as it would in a real chat in that mode; the AI client's own messages are not charged. Auto-Reply tests cost nothing.
If your credits run out mid-test it stops: You're out of credits, so the test stopped. Top up to keep testing.
Is anything sent or saved for real?
Nothing is sent to anyone: no message goes out, no lead is saved, no viewing is booked and nothing appears in your Inbox. The test reads your real listings and book so it answers as it would, and keeps what it said to itself.
Your conversation stays while you switch between Customise, Test and Replies, and clears when you leave the row.
