See what your assistant replied

The Short Answer

Open a row in Extensions then Reply Assistants and press Replies. Every reply that row's assistant sent is there, newest first, with the client's message it answered. Open in Inbox jumps to the chat; the thumbs mark a good or bad answer, and a bad one takes a short note.

Each row keeps its own list, so you can read exactly what one set of clients was told.

Where do I see the replies?

  1. Open Extensions → Reply Assistants.
  2. Press the row — Everyone, New Leads, a group or a client.
  3. Press Replies at the top of the panel, beside Customise and Test.

More load as you scroll to the foot. With none yet, it says No replies yet. Every reply your assistant sends to Past Clients will show here.

What does each reply show?

Each card has the client's name — or a number or Visitor when there is no name — where it happened (WhatsApp, My Page or Your Website) and when, the mode that answered, the client's message above, and the reply below.

The opening welcome on your page is not a reply, so it is not listed.

How do I open the conversation?

Open in Inbox opens that conversation in your Inbox at that reply, so you can read what came before and after, or answer yourself.

How do I flag a good or bad answer?

Press 👍 for a good answer — it says Thanks — noted for PropKaki. Press 👎 for a bad one — it says Thanks — PropKaki will look at this and opens a one-line box: What was wrong? (optional) — e.g. too pushy, wrong price. Up to 200 characters, saved when you leave the box or press Enter.

Pressing the same thumb again takes the flag away; pressing the other one swaps it.

Which replies are on a row's list?

A reply belongs to the row that sent it. Change a group row's Who and the replies it already sent stay on it; the new people's replies join from then on.

Replies sent before Reply Assistants arrived are not listed, and a WhatsApp line you disconnect takes its replies off the list, as it takes its chats out of your Inbox.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
