How do I stop getting an alert?

The Short Answer
Three ways, from gentlest to bluntest: narrow what it watches, untick the channel that is interrupting you, or flip its switch off. Off keeps every setting, so you can turn the same alert back on later. Delete asks first and cannot be undone. Alerts add up, so check no second alert watches the same thing.
Reach for the first one before the last one — an alert switched off is an alert that stops telling you the thing you did want to know.
Can I make it fire less often?
Open the alert and change From from Everyone to Groups or Individuals — on New Message and No Reply — or untick the doors you do not need.
This is the right fix for a busy line: you keep the alert for the people you are working and lose it for everyone else.
Can I keep it but stop it interrupting me?
Untick WhatsApp, Telegram or Email (on New Message and the market alerts) under Alert Me On, and leave PropKaki ticked. The alert keeps firing and keeps a record under the bell's Notifications, but it waits for you instead of finding you.
New Message has no PropKaki channel, so narrow that one instead. And if another alert of the same type is on, unticking here does not stop that one — alerts add up, and the panel says Another alert watches this too.
How do I switch one off completely?
Flip the row's switch in Extensions → Alerts. It goes off straight away, with no check, and its pill reads Off.
All its settings are kept — the type, the doors, the people, the channels — so turning it back on later is its switch and the Turn On check, not a rebuild.
Should I delete it instead?
Only if you are sure you will never want it. An alert that is off sends nothing and takes up one row.
To delete, open the row's ⋯ menu and press Delete. PropKaki asks first — What it watches and where it reaches you go with it. This can't be undone — and Delete Alert confirms it.
Can I stop alerts from my phone?
Reply UNSUBSCRIBE or stop to PropKaki's WhatsApp number. WhatsApp comes off every alert, your market alerts switch off, and any alert left with no channel switches off too; the rest keep reaching you on PropKaki and Telegram.
On Telegram, send /stop: the bot answers Alerts off, and Telegram comes off every alert. Reconnecting does not tick it back — tick Telegram again on the alerts you want it on.
In a New Message email, Unsubscribe at the foot takes Email off every New Message alert you have. They keep their other channels, and one left with none switches off.
Is this how I stop messaging a client?
No. Alerts are about what reaches you.
When a client asks you to stop contacting them, PropKaki notes it on their profile and warns you before every send to them; the decision stays yours. You hear about it through an alert that has no switch at all, like the ones for a message that failed to send and for running out of credits while an automation is waiting. Those reach you whatever this screen says.
