The Short Answer
The track record is one line inside your card. Pick figures from the CEA register and they show with a verified tick; type your own lines — an award, a total transacted — and they show as plain text. Four items in all. The register figures stay hidden until the record holds 10 deals.
Two kinds of line can go here, and a reader can tell them apart at a glance.
How do I set it up?
In My Page, press the pencil beside the track record line in your card. Track Record opens with two halves:
- The register figures you can tick: Deals Closed, In the Last 12 Months, Years Active, HDB Deals, Condo Deals, Seller-Side Deals, Buyer-Side Deals.
- Your own lines, typed free — up to 4, 60 characters each.
4 items show in all, in one row under your description. The line is not drawn at all when you have picked nothing.
What is already picked?
3 are ticked for you when the page is created: Deals Closed, In the Last 12 Months and Years Active.
You do not have to keep them. Untick anything, tick something else, and nothing is remembered from what you removed.
Why does the editor say there are no register figures?
The register side stays hidden until the record for your licence holds 10 deals. Below that, the editor tells you plainly and no register figure is drawn on the page.
Nothing is broken and there is nothing to press. When the register catches up, the figures appear on your page by themselves — you do not have to come back and switch them on. A figure that is zero is dropped rather than shown as 0.
What can I write in my own lines?
Anything true, and it does not have to be a number. Silver Award 2025 · Top 50 PropNex 2025 · S$180M Transacted Since 2012 are all fine.
They show whatever the register says, so they are what a newer agent has to work with. 60 characters each, up to 4, and they stand as plain text with no tick beside them.
Why do some figures have a tick and mine do not?
The small tick is a statement about where the number came from: PropKaki read it from the public CEA record, not from you.
A line you typed carries none, and that is right — an award is yours to state, and it would be dishonest for PropKaki to mark it as verified. The presence or absence of the tick is what tells a reader which is which, so it is worth putting the register figures first when you have them.
