What is my PropKaki website?
Updated 6 September 2026
The Short Answer
Your website is a free page at www.propkaki.com/chatwith/your-handle. It carries your photo, your headline, your CEA licence, your listings, your videos, your guides and your track record. Your assistant sits in the corner of it. Every CEA-licensed agent on PropKaki has one.
It is one page at one address, and it is already partly built before you first open it.
What is on it?
At the top, a cover photo and a card: your photo, your Display Name, your headline, your agency, your CEA licence, your description, your track record and a row of doors — your socials, then WhatsApp, Telegram and email.
Under it, up to 10 sections:
Listings · On the Map · Videos · What Clients Say · Webinars · Guides · Articles · Socials · Team · Frequently Asked Questions
A section with nothing in it is not drawn at all, so a new page is short rather than full of empty headings.
Do I have to build it from scratch?
No. The page is created for you when your CEA licence is verified, with your name and agency from the register, a written description, a cover, and your listings already on it — they come from your licence, so there is nothing to import.
What is empty is the part only you have: your photo, your videos, your socials, your guides and your team. Each of those is a dashed + waiting on the page.
Where do I edit it?
Open My Page in the left rail — it sits directly under Agents.
Your page itself is drawn in the middle — the same page a visitor gets, with the editing marks added — and Configure Page sits on the right with the lists: Handles, Posts, Videos, Reviews, Webinars, Team, Guides, Articles, Frequently Asked Questions, Colour and Share.
Every empty slot on the page itself is a dashed + you can press, and every filled one has a small pencil.
Can visitors search it?
Yes. Search This Page is the magnifier in the top corner of your card. It searches what is on your page — listings, videos, guides, articles, webinars, posts and your description — and groups the results.
It never searches the wider market. When your assistant is on, the last result offered is Ask your assistant, which hands the question to the corner widget.
Is the assistant part of the website?
They are 2 separate things at the same address. The website is the page; the assistant is the disc in the bottom-right corner of it.
You can have the page on with the assistant off — the disc then becomes a speed dial that fans out WhatsApp, Telegram and email instead of opening a chat. You cannot have it the other way round: your assistant answers on your page, so the page has to be on first.
