Why is a section missing from my website?

This is the commonest one. 2 different things use the word:

• Your handles draw the small round doors in the row under your description. Fill in Instagram and the Instagram door appears there.
• The Socials section is a row of your posts, and it fills only when you paste links to posts under + Add a Post.

So a page can have every door filled in and no Socials section at all. That is working correctly.

Listings come from the CEA licence you verified, matched against the portals. The section draws when at least 1 live listing is attributed to it.

So it is empty if you have nothing live, if your listings are posted under a colleague's licence, or if you hid them all. You can put one there yourself with Add a Listing → Enter Details.

On the Map draws a chip for every listing PropKaki can place on the map. A listing whose portal record carries no coordinates and no postal code that resolves has nothing to place, so it is listed above but not pinned.

For one you typed yourself, the fix is usually the postal code: put the 6 digits in the postal code field rather than in the address field. The map is not drawn at all when no listing can be placed.

2 reasons:

1. Nothing is picked and you have typed no lines of your own — an empty pick is how the line is switched off, so it is simply not drawn.
2. The register figures you picked are hidden because the record for your licence holds fewer than 10 deals. Your own typed lines still show in that case.

Open the pencil beside the line in My Page to see which it is; the editor says so.

A guide on your page points at a file on your Files shelf. Delete the file there and the guide stops being drawn — the page never keeps a second copy.

Put the file back and add it again through + Add a Guide, picking it from My Files.
