The Short Answer
Your cover, your photo and your card text each have a pencil on the page in My Page, and Colour sits in Configure Page. Between them they change everything a visitor sees before they scroll: the picture behind your name, your face, the name on your heading, and the colour of every button on the page.
Everything a visitor takes in before they scroll is set from four controls.
How do I change how my website looks?
- In the left rail, open My Page.
- For the picture behind your name, press the pencil on the cover photo and pick a cover under Presets, or press Upload Your Own.
- For your face, press the pencil on the round photo in your card, then Add a Photo.
- For your name, headline and description, press the pencil in your card, change the lines in Edit Your Details, and press Done.
- For the colour, scroll Configure Page down to Colour and press one of the 8 dots.
Each change shows on your page in My Page straight away. To see it as a visitor does, press Preview at the foot of Configure Page.
How do I change the cover?
In My Page, press the pencil on the cover photo. Cover Photo gives you 12 ready-made covers — Skyline Dusk, Marina Blue Hour, Heartland Morning, Estate Greenery and the rest — and pressing one puts it on at once.
For your own picture, press Upload Your Own and choose Upload from Computer, My Files, or From Google Drive if your Google Drive is connected. A JPEG, PNG or WebP works.
Remove Cover puts back the default, Skyline Dusk, so the page is never blank.
How do I change my photo?
Press the pencil on the round photo in your card. Profile Photo opens; press Add a Photo and pick from Upload from Computer, My Files or From Google Drive. Remove Photo takes it off.
This is the same picture your assistant wears — the disc in the corner of your page shows it too, so a client sees one face throughout. Without one, your initials are drawn instead.
How do I change my name and description?
The pencil in the card opens Edit Your Details:

Display Name cannot be left empty: Done stays greyed until it holds something. Press Done to save.
Your assistant does not use your Display Name. It calls you by your Name from Account Settings → Account (Message Sandra's assistant…), so a full legal name here stays on your heading only. Which name does PropKaki call me? sets out both names.
How do I change the colour?
Scroll Configure Page to Colour, under Frequently Asked Questions and above Share. There are 8: Classic Blue, Violet, Emerald, Teal, Rose, Amber, Slate and Orange.
Pressing one recolours the whole page at once — buttons, tabs, links and every other coloured part — and the assistant disc in the corner follows. Classic Blue is PropKaki's own.
Why does my agency name look wrong?
The agency on your card is not one of the three lines in Edit Your Details. It comes from your PropKaki profile, or from the CEA register when your profile does not name one — so it is spelt the way that record spells it, and it is not changed from My Page.
If you want something else read first, put it in your Headline — it is the line directly under your name and it takes whatever you write, up to 80 characters: ex-banker turned agent, East Coast landed specialist, an award.
