Set your writing style

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

Your writing style is set once and applies wherever PropKaki writes for you — prospect messages, template drafts, replies. It is how you stop every message sounding like a product rather than like you.

One setting, applied everywhere PropKaki writes on your behalf.

What does the writing style change?

How PropKaki writes when it writes as you — a message to a prospect, a template it drafts for you, a reply it suggests.

It is set once and applies everywhere, rather than per message.

What should I put in it?

How you actually talk to clients:

  1. How long your messages usually are.
  2. How formal — first names or full names, English or a bit of Singlish.
  3. What you never say — a phrase you dislike, a claim you do not make.

The third one is the most useful and the most often skipped.

Does it change what PropKaki will say?

It changes the voice, not the substance. A style cannot make PropKaki state a figure it does not have, and it cannot switch off the refusal to give financial advice.

So it makes messages sound like you without making them claim more than they should.

Do I have to set one?

No. Without one PropKaki writes plainly and professionally, which is fine.

Setting it is worth ten minutes if you send a lot — the difference between a message a client reads as yours and one they read as software.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
