The Short Answer
Your details go on two things. A slide deck you build ends with your card, with your name, agency, CEA number, phone and register photo, once your CEA licence is verified. A listing video ends with a card carrying the name, agency, phone and photo you type in. There is no logo or colour upload.
Both cards sit on the last screen, which is where a client looks for who to call.
What goes on a slide deck?
Once your CEA licence is verified, the closing slide of every report you build in the Slides Assistant reads Your property consultant for this report is and your name, with your card:
- your name;
- your agency and CEA number;
- your phone number, if your profile has one;
- your photo from the CEA register (not a photo you uploaded).
Your card is on that slide only, and it is the same in the PDF and the PowerPoint. A deck is 10 credits; the card adds nothing.
Why is my card not on my deck?
The card needs a verified CEA licence. Without one, the closing slide reads Talk it through with a property consultant and sends the reader to See consultants ranked by their recorded deals at www.propkaki.com/property-agent-finder.

A phone number or photo that is missing from the card is missing from your profile or the CEA register; the rest of the card still shows.
What goes on a listing video?
The last scene of every video is a closing card: Keen to view?, then a name and agency, and a phone number.
To make it yours, open Workspace → Free Tools → Operate → Listing Video Assistant and turn on Personalise the closing card. Then fill in:
- Your name
- Agency
- Phone / WhatsApp
- Your photo: press Upload headshot.
Leave them blank and the card uses the agent details from the listing. With a photo, your headshot leads the card; without one, the PropKaki logo does. No verification is needed. A video is 10 credits, in 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1.
What does not carry my details?
- Listing copy from the Listing Planner. Portal listings must not carry agent or agency names, phone numbers or emails, so the copy leaves them out.
- Paperwork. The agent name, licence and address fields on the estate agency agreements are left for you to fill in.
- Shared answers and cards you send from the chat carry PropKaki's name, not yours.
Can I add my logo or my agency's colours?
No. There is nowhere to upload a logo or choose colours, on any plan.
PropKaki's own marks stay: every slide has the PropKaki logo at the top left and www.propkaki.com at the bottom right, the sources line on the closing slide ends Prepared by PropKaki with the date, and every listing video's closing card shows www.propkaki.com.
