How do I make a slide deck?

The Short Answer
Open the Slides Assistant, pick one of its 13 reports, such as a Home Valuation Report or an Area Guide, fill in its details and press Build Report. A report costs 10 credits and downloads as PowerPoint or PDF. There is no slide editor in PropKaki: you edit the PowerPoint.
Each report answers one question a client asks, so you choose the question and PropKaki builds the slides.
Where is the Slides Assistant?
Open Workspace → Free Tools in the rail, then the Operate tab, then Slides Assistant. It opens in a new tab.
Anyone can open the page and look at its sample report. To build one of your own you need to be signed in: pressing Build Report while signed out opens the sign-in box.
Which reports can it build?
13, each answering one question a client asks. The page groups them the same way, under For Owners, For Buyers, For Investors, For Tenants and For Anyone.

Each report decides its own slides from the question, so there are no sections to pick or switch off.
How do I build a report?
- Under 1. Which report?, press the report you want.
- Under 2. The details, fill in what it asks for: a home's address, a listing link, an MRT station or an area, or an income, depending on the report. Fields marked optional can stay empty, and anything still missing is named under Still needed.
- To put your client's name on the cover, fill in Prepared for.
- Press Build Report. The finished slides appear on the page.
Not sure which report fits? Type the question into Describe your report at the top, for example What's my flat at 289 Bishan Street 24 #11-15 worth?, and press Choose for Me. It picks the report and fills in the form; you check it and press Build Report yourself.
What does a report cost?

The 10 credits are taken when the report is built. If PropKaki cannot build it (the page says There isn't enough data to build this report right now, or We couldn't find that in our records), no credits are taken.
Free accounts have credits too: 50 a month, up to 10 a day, so a Free account can build one report a day.
Can I edit the slides?
Not inside PropKaki: there is no slide editor in the browser. Press Download PowerPoint and edit the file in PowerPoint. Press Download PDF for a copy to send as it is.
To change an answer instead, such as a different address or another area, press Start Again. The form opens with the same details filled in; change what you need and press Build Report. That builds a new report, so it costs 10 credits again.
Whose details are on the last slide?
Every report is written to the client (your home).
- If your CEA licence is verified, the closing slide reads Your property consultant for this report is followed by your name, and carries your card: your name, your agency and CEA number, your phone number, and your photo from the CEA register. The name, agency and phone come from your profile. Your card is on that slide only.
- If it is not verified, the closing slide reads Talk it through with a property consultant and points the reader to www.propkaki.com/property-agent-finder.
The closing slide also lists the sources the report used, from URA, HDB, IRAS, MAS, CEA, CPF, OneMap, PropertyGuru, 99.co and EdgeProp, and the date PropKaki prepared it.
Can I ask the assistant for a report instead?
Yes. Ask for the report by name or by the question, with the home, listing, project or area, for example a Home Valuation Report for 289 Bishan Street 24 #11-15.
- On WhatsApp, it builds the report and sends the PowerPoint file into the chat a minute or two later.
- On the web, it replies with a link. The link opens the finished report on the Slides Assistant, ready to download as PowerPoint or PDF.
If the report needs details you have not given, such as an income for Am I Eligible, the assistant asks for them. On the web it also gives you a link to the form with that report already chosen.
