How do I make a listing video?

The Short Answer
Open the Listing Video Assistant, paste a PropertyGuru, 99.co or EdgeProp listing link and press Create to see the video. Download MP4 costs 4 credits; Create costs 2 with AI highlights on. Watch the preview before you post it — you are the one whose name is on the listing.
You watch the whole video on the page first, so the four credits go on one you have already seen.
How do I make a listing video?
You need to be signed in; a free account works.
- In the left rail, open Workspace → Free Tools, then the Operate tab.
- Press Listing Video Assistant. It opens in a new tab.
- Paste the listing's link into Listing URL.
- Optionally pick a Format and Music, and open Personalise the closing card to put your own details on the end.
- Press Create. The preview plays on the page within seconds.
- Press Download MP4. It renders on the server (this can take a minute), then the MP4 file downloads to your device.
If the file downloads, it worked.
What links does it take?
A listing link from PropertyGuru, 99.co or EdgeProp — the same link you would send a client. The listing has to be in PropKaki's listings already, so a very new listing, or one from another portal, may not be found yet.
From the link it pulls the listing's photos, price, bedrooms, size and PSF; the project's completion year and facilities; nearby MRT stations, schools and malls with walking times; and the project's recent median PSF.
What can I change before I download?
- Format: 9:16 (Reels / Stories), 4:5 (Feed post) or 1:1 (Square). It starts on 9:16.
- Music: None, Calm, Uplifting or Corporate. It starts on Calm. There is no voiceover.
- Add AI-written highlights: a short opening line and three selling points under Why you'll love it, written only from the listing's facts. Untick it for a facts-only video.
- Personalise the closing card: Your name, Agency, Phone / WhatsApp and Upload headshot. Leave them blank and the card uses the agent details from the listing.
Format and music change the preview straight away. Set the highlights and your name, agency and number before you press Create.
Once you have set a logo or a colour in Account Settings → Branding, the video carries your brand too: your logo on every scene and on the closing card, your footer line where www.propkaki.com was, and your colour. See Put your own branding on what PropKaki makes.

You are charged only when the step works: a link it cannot find, or a render that fails, costs nothing.
Does it post the video anywhere?
No. Download MP4 saves the file to your device, and where it goes next — Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Status — is yours to post.
Watch the preview before you do. The video is built from the listing, so a detail that is wrong on the listing is wrong in the video too.
