What is PropKaki?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

PropKaki answers questions about Singapore property using public records, and helps property agents run their client work. Ask it about a block, a condo or a policy and it answers with its sources. If you are an agent, it also keeps your contacts, writes your messages and can answer your line for you.

One product, two halves. Which half you use depends on which side of a transaction you are on.

What does PropKaki do?

It answers questions about Singapore property — what a block has been selling for, what a policy means, whether a plan adds up — using public records from URA, HDB, SLA, JTC, CEA and data.gov.sg.

It names where a figure came from, so you can check it rather than take it on trust.

Who is it for?

Two groups.

People moving — buying, selling, renting — who want a straight answer without a sales conversation attached.

Property agents, who get everything above plus the tools for running a book: contacts, messages, templates, automations, and a bot that can answer their line.

What is it not?

It is not a listings portal — it is not trying to sell you a particular unit.

It is also not a licensed financial adviser. It will do the arithmetic with you and show its working, but it will not tell you what to buy.

Do I need an account?

No. You can ask straight away — 6 credits without an account, which is 3 questions.

Signing up is free and moves you to 20 credits, and it is what lets your chats be there next time.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
