Pin or archive a conversation

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

Pin a conversation to hold it at the top of Chats, and archive one to take it out of the list. Neither deletes anything — an archived conversation keeps its whole history and comes back if that person writes again.

Two ways to shape the list, and neither one loses anything.

What does pinning do?

Holds it at the top of Chats, above everything else, however long ago they last wrote.

Use it for the two or three deals actually in play.

What does archiving do?

Takes it out of the main list. The conversation, the history and the person are all still there — it has simply stopped competing for your attention.

Use it on the ones that are finished.

What if an archived person writes again?

It comes back. Archiving is about now, not forever — someone who went quiet for six months and returns is a live conversation again, and PropKaki treats it that way.

Does either one delete anything?

No. Neither pinning nor archiving touches the conversation, the person or your record of what was said.

If you need something actually removed, that is a privacy question rather than a housekeeping one.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
