How many templates can I have?

The Short Answer
PropKaki holds 30 WhatsApp templates for you on Free, 100 on Basic, 500 on Pro and 1,000 on Max — Pro's and Max's within Meta's limits. The 22 ready-made templates you start with count towards it. Most agents use fewer than ten of their own, so the limit is rarely the thing to plan around.

What is the limit?
It is set by your plan — how many templates PropKaki holds for you:

Does a template on both my numbers count twice?
Yes. With two WhatsApp numbers, a template counts once for each number it is on, so the same template on Work and Personal counts 2.
A template that is not on any number yet — a draft, or a ready-made one you have not sent to Meta — still counts 1, so with one number the count is exactly what it was. A one-off message you sent with Send Once Meta Approves never counts.
How many will I actually use?
Most agents settle on fewer than ten — a check-in, a viewing arrangement, a price update, a follow-up after a viewing, a launch note.
The useful number is however many cover the moments you regularly need to reach someone who has gone quiet.
What happens when I reach it?
PropKaki stops you creating another one and says so: You have all 30 templates your plan holds. Update your plan to Basic for 100, or delete one you no longer send.
Deleting one you no longer send makes room straight away.
Do rejected or unused templates count?
Yes. Every template in your list counts, the ready-made ones included, whether you send it or not.
That is one more reason to keep the set tidy: a list of templates you no longer use fills your plan and makes the picker slower at the moment you are in a hurry. Edit the ones you outgrow rather than adding beside them, and delete the ones you no longer send.
With two numbers, a template Meta refused on one number still counts for that number until you delete it.
