How does PropKaki make money?

The Short Answer
PropKaki charges for plans — Basic S$50, Pro S$100 and Max S$150 a month — plus Credit Packs, a separate Leads wallet agents pay from to take up requests from people who asked to be connected with an agent, and a developer API. It does not sell your personal information.
There is a free way in, and every paid plan gets every tool: you only choose how much you want to do with them.
What does PropKaki charge for?
4 things:
- Plans — a monthly or yearly subscription that gives you a pool of credits each month.
- Credit Pack — 100 extra credits for S$6, a one-time payment, when you run low before the month ends.
- The Leads wallet — Singapore dollars a verified agent tops up to claim leads: people who asked to be put in touch with an agent. It is separate from plan credits.
- The API — for developers, paid from its own prepaid wallet and billed separately from plan credits.

What is the Leads wallet?
It is how an agent claims a lead on the Leads Generation Portal — for example, someone who asked PropKaki's assistant to connect them with an agent and pressed Yes, connect me.
Before a lead is claimed, agents see a copy of the conversation with the person's name and contact details removed. Only the one agent who claims it gets their name and number, and once it is claimed, no other agent can claim it.
The wallet is its own balance: it is not your plan credits and not the API wallet. The Leads Generation Portal is switched on by verification, which is free on every plan. See Take a lead from the Leads tab.
Does PropKaki sell my information?
No. PropKaki's Privacy Policy says it in those words: We do not sell your personal information.
It shares limited information only with the service providers that run the platform — login, messaging, payments, cloud hosting and analytics — or where the law requires it.

Do I have to pay to use PropKaki?
No. Without signing in you get 10 credits a day, and a question costs 2 — so 5 questions a day. A free account gives you 100 credits a month.
