What do clients see on my profile?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

A client sees your name and agency as CEA has them, your photo, what you are currently focusing on, and your transaction activity from the public record. Your email and phone appear only if you turned each one on. Nothing about your clients or your chats is ever shown.

Exactly what is on the page, and what is definitely not.

What is always shown?

Your registered name, your agency and your CEA registration number.

These come from the public register — they are what makes the profile checkable, so they are not optional.

What do I control?

Your photo, your display name, and Currently focusing on.

Also whether your email shows and whether your phone shows — 2 separate switches, both off unless you turn them on.

What activity is shown?

Your transaction activity, from the public record.

It is described as experience rather than as a rating, and the methodology page sets out exactly what counts as a deal.

Is anything about my clients shown?

No. Your Chats, your Prospecting book, your files and your notes are not part of your profile and are not visible to anybody.

The profile is a professional listing, not a window into your work.

How do I change what shows?

Account Settings → Public Listing.

Changes take effect on the directory; anything sourced from the register changes when the register does.
