Will an agent know I looked them up?

The Short Answer
No. Looking at an agent's profile sends them nothing — PropKaki has no alert for a page view. An agent sees you only when you reach out: you chat with their assistant, leave your number to get their contact, or ask PropKaki to connect you with an agent. Then that one agent sees your conversation.
Reading is private; reaching out is what an agent sees, and each way of reaching out is a button you press yourself.
Does an agent know when I open their profile?
No. An agent's alerts cover exactly 4 things — a New Message, a New Lead, a No Reply and a Template Update — and none of them is someone opening their profile. Asking PropKaki's assistant about an agent tells them nothing either.
PropKaki's Privacy Policy says it may collect the pages viewed on its site for its own analytics, but the agent is not shown who looked.
What if I chat with the agent's assistant?
Then the agent sees it. On their profile, Chat With [Name]'s Assistant says the agent sees the conversation and follows up personally, and Start Chatting opens it. The box appears only when the agent has a verified PropKaki account with their assistant switched on.

What happens when I press Get [Name]'s Contact?
You answer What are you looking to do? and What type of property are you looking at?, then type your mobile number. No agent sees it until you press Contact [Name] on WhatsApp, which opens WhatsApp to the agent's number with a message ready for you to send.
Above that button sits Match me to other suitable agents also, ticked to start with:
- Ticked — your request is also offered to other agents. They first see it with your name and number removed; only the one who takes it up gets them.
- Unticked — PropKaki passes your details to no agent. The agent you chose hears from you when you send that WhatsApp message.
What if I ask PropKaki to connect me with an agent?
When you press Yes, connect me, the agents PropKaki works with first see an anonymised copy of the conversation, with your name and contact details removed. Only the one who takes up your enquiry gets your name and number, so they can follow up without you repeating yourself. Nothing from that chat reaches an agent before you press it.
You can ask PropKaki to delete your details at any time — its Privacy Policy gives support@propkaki.com for deletion requests.
