Disconnect your WhatsApp number

The Short Answer
Disconnect from the WhatsApp card in Extensions then Connectors: press Disconnect WhatsApp, then confirm. PropKaki stops sending and receiving on the number, and the line's conversations leave your Inbox for up to 90 days — connect the same number again in that time and they come back.
There is a right way and a messier way. Both stop messages; only one leaves things tidy.
How do I disconnect?
- Open Extensions → Connectors.
- Open the WhatsApp card.
- Press Disconnect WhatsApp, then Disconnect WhatsApp again to confirm.
That is the clean route, and it is reversible — connect the same number again within 90 days and everything comes back.
What does disconnecting actually stop?
PropKaki stops sending on the line and receiving into your Inbox, and the line's WhatsApp conversations and contacts leave your Inbox while it is disconnected. They are kept for 90 days: connect the same number from the same account in that time and they come back. After that they are deleted.

What if I have two numbers?
Each number has its own Disconnect in its block on the WhatsApp card, with its name — Disconnect Personal. Only that number stops, and the question says which keeps going:
New messages to +65 8890 2211 stop arriving, and its conversations and contacts leave your Inbox. Work keeps working.
If it was your main number, it adds Work becomes your main number. The same 90 days apply to the number you disconnect.
What should I not do?
Do not remove PropKaki's access from inside your Meta account as a way of disconnecting.
That revokes the grant without telling PropKaki, so the card shows Reconnect and the line looks connected while nothing works. Disconnect from the card instead.
Can I reconnect later?
Yes — run the connect flow again from Extensions → Connectors → WhatsApp. Connect the same number from the same account within 90 days and its conversations and contacts come back in your Inbox.
