What happens to my messages if I disconnect?

The Short Answer
This line's WhatsApp conversations leave your Inbox and new messages stop arriving, but nothing is deleted straight away. Connect the same number from the same account within 90 days and they come back. After 90 days they are deleted. Your prospects' profiles, notes and Sent Logs stay either way.
Disconnecting puts the line's conversations away for 90 days rather than deleting them.
Do I lose the conversations?
Not straight away. While the line is disconnected, its WhatsApp conversations leave your Inbox — including any chat history that came over from your WhatsApp Business app — and its WhatsApp contacts leave View Contacts.
They are kept, not deleted. Connect the same number from the same PropKaki account within 90 days and they come back as they were: the conversations, their names and the contacts.
After 90 days they are deleted for good. Connecting after that starts empty, and Meta does not send your chat history a second time. The conversations on your phone are never affected.
What happens to my prospects?
Nothing. Everyone in Prospecting stays, with their profile, their notes and their Sent Logs, whether you reconnect or not.
Your other conversations stay in your Inbox too — email, your chat link, Messenger and Instagram do not depend on the WhatsApp line.
What stops working?
Two things:
- PropKaki can no longer send on that number. Messages to those people are handed back to you instead, opening in your own WhatsApp.
- New replies stop arriving in your Inbox. Clients messaging that number reach your phone as normal — PropKaki just stops seeing them.
What if I have two numbers?
Only the number you disconnect is affected: New messages to +65 8890 2211 stop arriving, and its conversations and contacts leave your Inbox. Work keeps working.
If the one you disconnect was your main number, your other number becomes your main number, and the question says so before you confirm. The 90 days count for the disconnected number only.
Does my bot stop answering?
Yes on that line — there is nothing for it to answer on.
Your chat link and any website embed keep working, because they do not depend on the number.
What if I reconnect?
Connect the same number from the same account within 90 days and your conversations and WhatsApp contacts come back, and sending and receiving resume. See Connect your WhatsApp number.
What you do not get back is the messages that arrived while it was disconnected — those reached your phone, not PropKaki.
If that number is ever connected to a different PropKaki account, your old conversations from it are deleted first. They never pass to someone else.
