Connect Google Drive

1. Open Extensions → Connectors and open the Google Drive card.
2. A Google window opens — sign in with the account your files are in.
3. Allow PropKaki to work with the files you pick, and nothing else.

That is it. A Drive button appears wherever you attach a file.

Google runs the sign-in, so PropKaki never sees your password. If you keep brochures in a work Google account and floor plans in a personal one, sign in with the account that holds the files you send most.

Attach a brochure, a floor plan or a price list from Drive anywhere PropKaki takes a file — a message to a prospect, a reply in Chats, your Files shelf.

You pick them in Google's own window, not in a list PropKaki has drawn from your Drive.

A copy is taken at the moment you attach, so the file you sent stays the file they received. Editing the original in Drive afterwards does not change what has already gone out.

PropKaki can only ever see the files you choose, never the rest of your Drive. It has no list of your folders and no way to look for a file you have not handed it.

One refusal is worth recognising if you meet it. If Google offers PropKaki more of your Drive than it asks for, PropKaki refuses the connection outright and says so: nothing was read and nothing was kept. That one is ours to fix — please let us know rather than trying again.

Drive is a shortcut, not a requirement. Uploading from your computer works with no connector at all.

What it saves you is the download-then-upload round trip when your brochures already live in Drive — which, for most agents, is most of them.

If the card later says Reconnect, Google has stopped accepting the connection. Connect again to keep attaching from Drive; nothing you have already sent is affected.
