How do I get listed in the agent directory?

The Short Answer
Two steps. Verify your CEA licence under Account Settings → Verification, then switch on your listing in the Public Listing tab just below it and pick what you are currently focusing on — that is what clients filter the directory by, so it decides whether the right people find you.

How do I get listed in the agent directory?
- Open Account Settings → Verification — or press Join as Agent in Agents, which opens it.
- Verify your CEA licence there, by WhatsApp or email.
- Open Public Listing, the tab just below Verification.
- Switch on your listing at the top of the tab.
- Tap the pills for what you are currently focusing on.
Open Agents and your card is there, with a Verified pill beside your name.
How does verification work?
PropKaki matches you to your licence on the CEA register: your account email against the email on its record, or your linked WhatsApp number against its mobile.
If the email on your record is the one you signed up with, the match can already be done. Change the licence number on your account and you are no longer verified for it.
Is the listing on by default?
No. Only agents who switch it on appear in Agents, so nobody is listed without choosing to. Turning it on is the whole opt-in.
The directory is not the full CEA register — it is the agents who joined PropKaki and chose to be found.
What should I focus on?
10 pills in one cluster: Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants — and HDB, Condo, EC, Landed, Commercial, Industrial.
Pick what you want next month's enquiries to be about, not everything you have ever closed. Clients see them under Currently Focusing On and filter Agents by them — all ten.
What contact details show?
Your email and your phone come from your CEA record, and each has its own switch. Both show unless you hide them — and only once you are verified; an unverified card shows no email or phone.
Your phone gives clients SMS and WhatsApp. Hide both and clients can still reach you through Message and View Page, when your assistant or your page is on.
What comes from the register rather than from me?
Your CEA registration number, your name and your agency come from the public register and are not editable here — and so do your email and phone.
Your photo and your focus are yours.
