Answer clients on your WhatsApp number

The Short Answer
Connect your WhatsApp number in Extensions then Connectors and your bot answers on the line clients already use. Every conversation lands in Chats, and the answering switch on the line turns it on or off without disconnecting anything.
This is the surface that matters most, because it is where your clients already are.
How do I get the bot onto my number?
Connect it in Extensions → Connectors. Once the line is connected, your bot can answer on it.

Does it answer everyone straight away?
Only if answering is switched on for that line. There is a Turn On / Turn Off pair on the line, in Chats and in Extensions → Connectors.
Connecting the number and letting the bot answer on it are two decisions, deliberately.

Where do those conversations show up?
In Chats, as a row per person — folded together with your chat link, so someone who used both is one row.
