Set up Secretary mode

The Short Answer
Pick Secretary as your bot's mode. It acknowledges the client, collects who they are and what they want, and passes that to you rather than answering the question itself. Every actual answer still comes from you.
Secretary is the middle setting: nobody is ignored, and nobody gets an answer you did not give.
How do I switch to Secretary?
Pick Secretary as your bot's mode. It takes effect on the next message a client sends.
What does it actually do?
It replies so the client is not left in silence, then works out who they are and what they are after, and passes that to you.
What it does not do is answer the property question. That stays yours.
Where do the details end up?
In the conversation itself, in Chats. Open the row and you have what they said and what the bot gathered, in one place.
From there you can reply yourself — 1 credit per message — or add them to your book as a prospect.
Why choose this over Advisor?
When the answering matters enough that you want to do it, but not enough to lose someone who wrote at midnight.
It is the right setting when your value is your judgement rather than your availability.
