Add a webinar to your website

The Short Answer
Press Add a Webinar and type a title — that and a date are the whole minimum, and the date and time arrive filled in. A registration link is optional: with one the card carries a Register button, without one it carries none. It lands on your page and in your Schedule, and comes off the page once it starts.
One entry lands in two places — your page and your Schedule — and it tidies itself up after.
How do I add one?
Press the dashed Add a Webinar on the page, or + Add a Webinar in Configure Page. The fields:
- Title — what it is about. This is the only one you have to type.
- Date and Time — already filled in, next week at 8pm. Change them or leave them.
- Where — a Zoom link or a venue. Optional.
- Registration link — your own sign-up page. Optional, and you can add it later; a webinar you will send the link for nearer the time is still worth announcing. If you do type one it has to be a real address, so nothing is quietly dropped.
- Cover — optional.
Up to 12 upcoming at once.
Who collects the sign-ups?
You do, on your own sign-up page. When you have put a link in, the card's Register button sends people to it, so sign-ups land wherever you already run them — Zoom, Eventbrite, a form. A card with no link simply has no button, rather than a dead one.
PropKaki does not collect names for a webinar and does not hold a list. If you want the enquiry inside PropKaki, the way to get it is a guide with contact details asked for, which does land in your leads.
Does it show up in my Schedule?
Yes. It is written into Schedule at the same time, with its own Webinar colour, so it sits beside your viewings and meetings and you are not keeping two calendars.
You can move its time from Schedule like any other event. The registration link and the cover live in My Page — the Schedule row says so — so those are changed here.
What happens after it runs?
The page shows upcoming webinars only. Once the start time passes the card stops being drawn — there is nothing to tidy up and no risk of a stale date sitting on your page.
The Schedule entry stays, so your calendar keeps its history.
How do I put the recording up?
A recording is just a video. Once it is on YouTube or you have the file, add it under Videos in the usual way.
Nothing is recorded or uploaded for you, and the webinar card does not turn into a recording by itself.
