Add your socials and posts
Updated 6 September 2026
The Short Answer
Configure Page opens with five handle rows — WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube — and + Add a Social has ten more. Filling one draws a door under your name straight away. Posts are separate: paste a link to a post and it becomes a tile in the Socials row.
Two different things share the word social here, and telling them apart saves a lot of hunting.
What is the difference between a handle and a post?
A handle is the address of your profile — @yourname on Instagram. It draws a small round door in the row under your description, and pressing it takes a visitor to your profile on that network.
A post is one thing you published — a reel, a video, a carousel. Pasting its link puts a tile in the Socials section, which is a row of your posts.
So filling in your Instagram handle does not put your Instagram posts on the page. Those are pasted, one at a time.
How do I add a handle?
Configure Page → Handles opens with 5 rows: WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube — the ones most likely to be filled.
+ Add a Social has 10 more: Website, Telegram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Xiaohongshu, Lemon8, X, Pinterest and Google Drive. Up to 12 in all.
The Google Drive row takes a link to a folder you already share openly — a brochure folder, say. It is a door on your page like any other: nothing is connected, and none of your own files are read.
For WhatsApp type the local number as 91234567; the country code is added for you. Your email row starts blank on purpose — the address you sign in with is not always the one you want clients using.
How do the doors sit on the page?
One row under your description. Your visual networks come first; after a thin line come the three ways to message you — WhatsApp, Telegram, then email, in that order.
A door is only drawn for a handle you filled in. If your assistant is off, those same three fan out from the corner disc as a speed dial, so a visitor always has a way to reach you.
How do I add a post?
Press the dashed Add Posts on the page or + Add a Post in Configure Page, then paste links — one per row, + Add Another for the next, up to 24.
Drag the rows to set the order; newest first is only the order they arrive in, not a rule. The bin removes one.
Why does my Instagram post have no picture?
A pasted YouTube or TikTok link brings its own title and thumbnail. Instagram and Facebook do not — that connection is not switched on yet — so those tiles arrive with the caption you type and no picture.
The tile still works and still links to the post. If you want a picture there today, a YouTube or TikTok link is the one that brings one.
How do I get rid of a row I will never fill?
Every handle row has a bin, including the 5 it opens with. Binning Facebook removes the row, not just its text.
It is not gone for good — + Add a Social offers every network, including ones you have dismissed and ones you already use, so nothing is ever stranded.
