The Short Answer
The fastest way is your YouTube handle: put it in the Handles list and your newest videos arrive on save and refresh themselves daily. You can also paste a TikTok, Instagram or Facebook link, upload your own file, or pick one the Listing Video Assistant made. Up to 24 videos, in the order you set.
One of these ways keeps working long after you have stopped thinking about it.
How do I connect YouTube?
Open Configure Page → Handles and type your handle — @yourchannel — into the YouTube row.
On save, PropKaki finds the channel and adds your newest videos to the Videos list, and it checks again every day at about 5am. There is nothing to authorise and no account to link. If you change the handle, the old channel's videos are removed and the new channel's arrive; anything you added by hand stays.
How do I add a video by hand?
Press the dashed Add Videos on the page, or + Add a Video in Configure Page. Three tabs:
- Paste a Link — a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook link. One per row; + Add Another for more.
- Upload — MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 200MB each and 8 at a time.
- Listing Video Assistant — the videos PropKaki rendered for you, already in your Files.
Press Add once and every filled row is added together.
Where do they play?
All of them play on your page. Your uploads and YouTube play in place; a TikTok or an Instagram video plays in that network's own player.
Nothing loads until a visitor presses a video, so a page with 16 videos on it opens as fast as one with none. The thumbnails are PropKaki's own copies, so they do not go blank when a network expires its links.
How do I change the order?
In Configure Page → Videos, each row has a grip. Drag one up or down and the page follows immediately — your order is the order, with no featured slot to fight with.
On the page the videos are a grid that draws the first 6 and folds the rest behind Show More, which carries the number still folded beside it. So 24 videos are two rows until a visitor asks for the rest. Six of your other sections behave the same way — Webinars, Guides, Articles, Socials, Team and Frequently Asked Questions.
How do I remove one?
Press the bin on the row. It comes off the page at once.
A video that came from your YouTube handle comes back on the next daily check, at about 5am, because it is still on that channel. To keep it off for good, clear the handle from the YouTube row; your uploads and pasted links are not touched by that.
