Add press and articles to your website

The Short Answer
Press Add an Article and paste the link — PropKaki reads the headline, the publication, the date and the picture off the page itself. For something that was never online, switch to Enter Details and type it. Up to 24, in the order you set.
A link usually fills itself in. Anything that was only ever in print is typed in the second tab.
How do I add one?
Press the dashed Add an Article on the page, or + Add an Article in Configure Page → Articles. Both doors carry the same name and open the same dialog.
On Paste a Link, put one address per row — + Add Another Article for the next — and press Add. Up to 24.
Each one is read once, when you add it. The headline, publication, date and picture come from the article's own page.
What if the link brings nothing back?
Some sites do not hand out their headline, and some pieces were only ever in print. Enter Details is the second tab:

A card with no link is a plain card rather than something a visitor presses and nothing happens.
Does the picture keep working?
Yes. The picture is copied and kept by PropKaki when you add the article, rather than being loaded from the publication every time.
So it does not go blank when the site reorganises itself, and your page does not slow down waiting for someone else's server.
How do I refresh one?
Re-paste the link and it is read again, fresh. There is no refresh button on the row, because that would be a second door onto one act.
An article is a fixed thing — a headline from March is still the headline — so nothing re-checks it in the background either.
What goes here rather than in Guides?
Articles is press: a piece in a publication, a quote, a feature — evidence somebody else took you seriously.
Guides is a shelf of your own PDFs a visitor can open and read. The two sit as separate sections and can be reordered independently, so put your press above your guides if that is the stronger card.
