Why did my bot answer something I did not expect?

The Short Answer
If your bot said more than you wanted, it is on Advisor, which answers any property related question and is the default. If it said less, it is on Secretary or Auto-Reply. In every mode it refuses to invent a fact about a property or to give financial advice.
There are only two reasons a reply surprises you: the mode, or one of the two refusals.
It answered a question I wanted to answer myself — why?
You are on Advisor. It answers any property related question, and it is what a new account has unless you changed it.
If you would rather do the answering, Secretary collects the details and leaves the reply to you.
It said almost nothing — why?
Secretary acknowledges and collects rather than answering. Auto-Reply sends only your preset message.
Both are working correctly; they are the settings that say less.
It refused to answer — why?
Two refusals hold in every mode:
- Inventing a fact about a property it has no data on.
- Financial advice — whether your client should buy, or whether a price is right for them.
Neither is a setting you can change, and both are there so your name is not on a guess.
How do I see what it is actually saying?
Open your own chat link and ask it the question that surprised you. Your own questions are counted like a client's — 2 credits a reply on Advisor, 1 on Secretary — so keep the test to the few that matter.
Everything it has said to real clients is in Chats, in each conversation.
