Who can have a PropKaki website?
Updated 6 September 2026
The Short Answer
Every agent whose CEA licence is verified on PropKaki gets a website, free, on any plan. Agency staff verified by a company email keep the CRM, Chats and Leads, but do not get a page — the website is where PropKaki states a licence publicly, so it asks for one.
The test is the licence — not the plan you are on, and not the agency you work at.
What do I need before I have one?
1 thing — your CEA licence verified on your account. There is no plan to buy and no waiting list.
Open Account Settings → Verification if you have not done it yet. The page is created the moment verification goes through, switched off, so the first thing you do with it is press Turn On.
I work at an agency but hold no licence — why is My Page not in my rail?
Because a website carries a licence number in public — on the card, in the page's own data, and in the footer.
An account verified by an agency email is admitted to Chats, Prospecting, Leads, templates, automations and alerts, all unchanged. It is only My Page that asks for a licence of your own, so the row is not drawn and the page cannot be reached by typing its address either.
If you do hold a CEA licence, verify with that licence rather than the company email and the row appears.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no plan check anywhere in the page — turning it on, editing it and serving it to visitors cost nothing, on Free as much as on Max.
The one paid part is a custom domain, which points an address you own at the page you already have. The page is not held back for it.
Can I have more than one?
No. One account has one website, at one address.
If you change agency your licence follows you and so does the page — the register decides the agency shown on your card, and you can type your own headline over it in Edit Your Details.
What happens if my licence stops being verified?
Your page stays up and keeps answering at its address. Nothing is deleted and nothing you added is lost.
What goes is everything leaning on the licence: My Page leaves your rail, the CEA badge comes off your card, the register figures leave your track record, and your portal listings stop being drawn — they are matched to the licence rather than stored on the page.
All of it comes back when verification does. If you cannot edit and do not know why, start at Account Settings → Verification.
