Is my PropKaki website free?

The Short Answer
Yes. Building, switching on and serving your website costs nothing on any plan, including Free. There is no page limit, no visitor limit and no charge for anyone reading it. The one paid extra is a custom domain, which points an address you own at the page you already have.
The short answer is yes. The longer one is about where credits come into it.
What exactly is free?
All of it. Your cover, photo, listings, map, videos, reviews, webinars, guides, articles, posts, team, questions, track record and search cost nothing, and there is no charge per visitor.
The caps are shape, not price: 24 videos, 24 posts, 24 articles, 12 socials, 12 guides, 12 teammates, 12 webinars, 3 reviews, 20 questions, and a description up to 400 characters. Everyone gets the same ones.
Does it use my credits?
The page itself never touches your credits — reading it, opening a guide, watching a video and registering for a webinar all cost nothing.
What is billed is a turn of your assistant, exactly as it is billed anywhere else: 2 credits on Advisor, 1 on Secretary, and nothing on Auto-Reply, which runs no model. If your assistant is off, a visitor cannot spend anything at all.
Which part is paid, then?
A custom domain. Your page already has an address at www.propkaki.com/chatwith/; the add-on points something like yourname.sg at it instead.
It comes with any PropKaki subscription and is bought on top of a page you already have. It is not a tier, and no part of the page is held back behind it — open Configure Page → Share → Share Link → + Get a Custom Domain to see it.
Does the Free plan get a smaller page?
No. The page routes never look at your plan — the only thing that decides whether you have a page is whether your CEA licence is verified.
What a plan buys is how much you can do with the tools: credits, sending, storage. It never buys a feature back.
