How do I choose what I focus on?

The Short Answer
In Account Settings → Public Listing there are ten focus pills in one cluster: Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants for who you work with, and HDB, Condo, EC, Landed, Commercial and Industrial for property type. Pick what you want to take on now, and change it whenever that changes.
The sub-label says it: what you want to take on now. That is the whole instruction.
How do I choose what I focus on?
- Open Account Settings → Public Listing.
- Switch on your listing at the top of the tab, if it is not on yet.
- Tap each pill you want to take on now — from who you work with and from property type.
- Tap a lit pill again to drop it.
Open your card in Agents: your picks show under Currently Focusing On.
What are the ten?
One cluster, 2 vocabularies:
- Buyers · Sellers · Landlords · Tenants
- HDB · Condo · EC · Landed · Commercial · Industrial
Pick as many as apply, from either. Agents shows all ten on your card, and clients can filter by every one of them, under Show → Representing and Show → Property Type.
Should I tick everything?
No. An agent who ticks all 10 turns up in every filtered search and is telling a client nothing.
Three or four honest ones bring you enquiries you actually want.
What about my past deals?
PropKaki works them out for you. Your Specialisations come from CEA's transaction records — a type that is at least 3 of your deals and 20% of your book — and show in your profile just above your focus.
You cannot edit them, and clients' filters do not use them. So focus does not need to carry your history: focus is about what you want next.
Can I change it later?
Yes, as often as you like. Agents shows what you picked last.
It is worth revisiting when your book shifts — an agent who moved from resale to new launch and never changed this keeps getting the old enquiries.
