How do I remove my profile from the directory?

The Short Answer
Switch off your listing in Account Settings → Public Listing and your profile leaves the Agents directory. Your verification, your Inbox, your Prospecting book and your files are all unaffected — you just stop being findable there. You can switch it back on whenever you like.
One switch, and a clear line about what it does not touch.
How do I remove my profile from the directory?
- Open Account Settings → Public Listing.
- Switch off your listing at the top of the tab.
- Open Agents and search your name to check.
Your card is gone from Agents — the directory lists only agents whose listing is on.
What does that not remove?
Your verification, your Inbox, your Prospecting book, your files and your credits are all exactly as they were.
Removing a listing is about being findable, not about leaving.
Does it remove me from the CEA register?
No. The CEA public register is CEA's and PropKaki has no say in it. Anyone can still look you up there — that is what a public register is.
PropKaki's full agent profiles — the page Open Full Agent Profile leads to — are built from that register for every licence, so yours stays too. This switch decides only whether you appear in Agents.
Will existing clients lose my chat link?
No. Your chat link works while your page or your assistant is on, and switching off your listing touches neither — so clients who have it can still reach you.
It only stops new people finding you in Agents.
Can I come back?
Yes. Open Public Listing in Account Settings again, switch your listing back on, and your profile returns, with your focus and settings as you left them.
There is no waiting period and nothing to redo.
