How do I remove my profile from the directory?
Updated 1 September 2026
The Short Answer
Turn off Public Listing under Account Settings and your profile leaves the directory. Your verification, your Chats, your Prospecting book and your files are all unaffected — you simply stop being findable. You can turn it back on whenever you like.
One switch, and a clear line about what it does not touch.
How do I do it?
Account Settings → Public Listing, and turn it off.
Your profile stops appearing in Agents.
What does that not remove?
Your verification, your Chats, your Prospecting book, your files and your credits are all exactly as they were.
Removing a listing is about being findable, not about leaving.
Does it remove me from the CEA register?
No. The CEA public register is CEA's and PropKaki has no say in it.
Anyone can still look you up there — that is what a public register is.
Will existing clients lose my chat link?
If you share a chat link with clients, test it after switching off so you know where you stand.
Most agents who take the listing down still want the link working, and it is worth confirming rather than assuming.
Can I come back?
Yes. Turn Public Listing back on and your profile returns, with your focus and settings as you left them.
There is no waiting period and nothing to redo.
