How do I get my data out of PropKaki?

The Short Answer
In Prospecting, Export Everything downloads your whole book as one CSV — one row per contact, every field you have filled in. It is never behind a plan gate, and it re-imports cleanly, so you can leave with your book intact. Files are downloaded individually from Workspace then Files.
Your book is yours, and getting it out is not something you should have to ask for.
How do I export my book?
Open Prospecting and choose Export Everything.
You get one CSV: one row per contact, with the contact columns and every situation field you have filled in.
Is it behind a plan?
No, and deliberately so. Export is available on every plan including the free one.
A book you cannot get out is not really yours, and that is the whole reason this is ungated.
Can I import it somewhere else?
Yes. It is an ordinary CSV, so any system that takes one will take it.
It also re-imports into PropKaki and produces the same book — the round trip is tested, not just claimed.
What about my files?
Files are downloaded individually from Workspace → Files.
Sort by Size or filter with Show if you are working through a lot of them.
What about my chats?
Chats are not part of the CSV. Use Share on a conversation to mint a link, or copy what you need.
The export is your book — the thing with commercial value in it.
