How do I get my data out of PropKaki?

The Short Answer
In Prospecting, Export Everything downloads your whole book as one CSV — one row per contact, every field you have filled in. It is never behind a plan gate, and it re-imports cleanly, so you can leave with your book intact. Files are not in it; save those one at a time from Workspace then Files.
Your book is yours, and getting it out is not something you should have to ask for.
How do I export my book?
Your whole Prospecting book comes out as one CSV file, in one press.
- Open Prospecting.
- Press the ⋯ beside Message at the top.
- Choose Export Everything.
- Your browser saves a file named propkaki-crm- plus today's date, ending in .csv.
Open it in any spreadsheet: one row per contact means it worked.
What is in the CSV?
One row per contact. First the contact columns — name, phones, emails, lead source, campaign, lead date, source link, consent, notes and dates — then every situation field you have filled in for anyone, then the details of each property they own.
A column only appears if at least one person in your book has something in it, so the file is as wide as your book and no wider. Lists come out joined with semicolons, and phone numbers as +65 9123 4567.
Is it behind a plan?
No. Export Everything is never behind a plan gate — it is there on every plan, including the free one.
An assistant working in your account can export it too, as long as they can see your Prospecting. A teammate cannot export your book.
Can I import it somewhere else?
Yes. It is an ordinary CSV, so any system that takes one will take it.
It also re-imports into PropKaki and produces the same book — the round trip is tested, not just claimed. On the way back in, every value counts as one you gave PropKaki yourself.
What about my files?
Files are not part of the CSV. Save the ones you want, one at a time, from Workspace → Files.
Sort by Size or filter with Show if you are working through a lot of them.
What about my chats?
Your chats are not part of the CSV. Press Share at the top of a conversation to copy a link to it, or Copy reply under any answer to copy just that one.
The export is your book — the people, and everything you know about them.
