How do I delete my account?

The Short Answer
Delete your account under Account Settings then Privacy. It is a genuine erasure, not a flag — your messages, chats, profiles, drafts and stored files are all removed, and the account is only closed once every one of those has succeeded. Export your book first if you want it.
It really deletes. Which is why the order of two steps matters.
Where is it?
Account Settings → Privacy, under the heading Choose what PropKaki keeps, or delete your account.
What should I do first?
Export it. Prospecting → Export Everything gives you the CSV, and it takes a moment.
Afterwards there is nothing to recover — that is what a real deletion means. Download any files you want from Workspace → Files too.
What actually gets deleted?
All of it: your messages, your conversation history, your client profiles, your drafts, the documents PropKaki made for you, and the files behind them.
The account itself is closed only once every one of those has been removed. If any part fails, the deletion stops and reports which — so nothing is ever quietly left behind.
What survives?
Payment records held by the payment provider. Those are kept for legal and tax reasons and are outside PropKaki's control — the same is true of any business you have paid.
Everything that is yours inside PropKaki goes.
Can I undo it?
No. There is no restore and no grace period.
If you are unsure, logging out is the reversible option — an account you are not using costs nothing and keeps nothing running.
What about my directory profile?
If it is only the public listing you want gone, turn off Public Listing under Account Settings instead.
That removes you from the directory and leaves everything else exactly as it was.
