How do I delete my account?

The Short Answer
Delete your account under Account Settings then Privacy. It is a genuine erasure, not a flag — your messages, chats, profiles, drafts and stored files are all removed, and the account is only closed once every one of those has succeeded. Export your book first if you want it.
It really deletes. Which is why the order of two steps matters.
How do I delete my account?
It cannot be undone, so the first two steps are about keeping what you need.
- Open Prospecting → Export Everything to download your book as a CSV.
- Download any files you want to keep from Workspace → Files.
- Open Account Settings → Privacy.
- At the bottom of the tab, press the delete button.
- In the Delete account? box, check it names your email, then press Yes, delete. Cancel backs out.
On a paid plan you do not need to cancel in Account Settings → Billing first: deleting cancels the plan before anything else goes, and it stops at once.
When it has finished, you are signed out and the account is gone.
What actually gets deleted?
All of it: your messages, your conversation history, your client profiles, your drafts, the documents PropKaki made for you, and the files behind them. If you connected your WhatsApp number, the line goes too, with its saved contacts and the chat history that came over from your WhatsApp Business app.
The account itself is closed only once every one of those has been removed. If any part cannot be erased, nothing is deleted and you see Some of your data couldn't be erased — nothing was deleted. Please try again. Press Yes, delete again when you are ready.
The same goes for a paid plan: if it cannot be cancelled, nothing is deleted and you see We couldn't cancel your plan, so nothing was deleted. Please try again, or contact us.
What survives?
Payment records held by the payment provider. Those are kept for legal and tax reasons and are outside PropKaki's control — the same is true of any business you have paid.
Two usage logs also stay, and neither holds a word of any message: a record of AI use (which model ran, how long it took, what it cost) and page-visit counts. Everything you wrote, saved or were sent inside PropKaki goes.
Can I undo it?
No. There is no restore and no grace period — the box says This cannot be undone, and it means it.
If you are unsure, logging out is the reversible option: your account and your book stay exactly as you left them.
What about my directory profile?
If it is only the public listing you want gone, turn off Public Listing under Account Settings instead.
That removes you from the directory and leaves everything else exactly as it was.
Can an assistant delete my account?
No. PropKaki refuses Yes, delete for an assistant working in your account, whatever they press — your account is only ever deleted by you.
An assistant who wants to stop helping you leaves from Account Settings → Team instead, and your account carries on untouched.
