The Short Answer
Press Turn Off at the foot of Configure Page. Your address keeps working: it serves the chat page it served before, so every printed QR code and link is still good. If your assistant is live it is paused at the same time, because it answers on your page.
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. What changes is what your address serves.
How do I switch it off?
Open My Page, and at the foot of Configure Page press Turn Off.
It takes effect at once. Nothing you built is deleted — your videos, guides, socials, team and track record are all where you left them, and pressing Turn On later brings the page back exactly as it was.
Does the address stop working?
No, and this is the point of it. www.propkaki.com/chatwith/your-handle keeps answering — a visitor gets the chat screen that address served before your page existed, rather than an error.
So a QR code on a standee, an address in a signature and a link in an old message all still work. Open the address in a private browser window to see exactly what a client now gets.
What happens to my assistant?
Your assistant answers on your page, so it cannot be live while the page is off.
If it is live when you press Turn Off, PropKaki says so and offers to do both together. Choose to go ahead and the page goes off and your assistant is paused; your WhatsApp line, Chats and everything else are untouched.
To bring it back: turn the page on first, then turn the assistant on.
Can I have the page on with the assistant off instead?
Yes. That combination is allowed, and it is usually what someone actually wants when they reach for the off switch.
With the assistant off the corner disc stops being a chat and becomes a speed dial: pressing it fans out WhatsApp, Telegram and email, whichever you have filled in. Your page keeps working, no credits can be spent, and every enquiry comes to you directly.

What if I only want one thing off the page?
Do not turn the page off for that. Every list in Configure Page — Posts, Videos, Reviews, Webinars, Team, Guides, Articles and Frequently Asked Questions — has a bin on each row, and a listing has a pencil on its card in My Page.
Empty a section entirely and the whole section stops being drawn, heading and all, so one visitor-facing section is 1 decision rather than a switch you have to remember. Your address, your assistant and everything else stay exactly as they are.
