Turn your website off

The Short Answer
Press Turn Off at the foot of Configure Page. Your address keeps working: it shows a short card saying you are not taking chats there and to reach you directly, so every printed QR code and link still lands. If your assistant is live it is paused at the same time, because it answers on your page.
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. What changes is what your address serves.
How do I turn my website off?
- In the left rail, open My Page.
- At the foot of Configure Page, press Turn Off. On a phone, Configure Page opens from the settings button on your cover.
- If your assistant is on, Turn Off Your Page? appears — press Turn Off Both to go ahead, or Cancel to keep both on.
It takes effect at once, and the button at the foot now reads Turn On. Nothing you built is deleted — your videos, guides, socials, team and track record are all where you left them, and pressing Turn On later brings the page back exactly as it was.
What do visitors see at my address now?
Your address, www.propkaki.com/chatwith/your-handle, still opens — no error page. A visitor sees your initials and Mei Lin isn't taking chats here right now, with Check back soon, or reach out to Mei Lin directly. under it, in your own name.
So a QR code on a standee, an address in a signature and a link in an old message all still land somewhere that names you. There is no chat on it while the page is off.
Open the address in a private browser window to see exactly what a client now gets — signed in as yourself, you still get your own chat there.
What happens to my assistant?
Your assistant answers on your page, so it cannot be live while the page is off. If it is live when you press Turn Off, PropKaki asks first, and Turn Off Both pauses it on your page and your website. Your WhatsApp line is untouched — it keeps answering there, because it follows only the line's own switch.
While it is paused, someone who chats with you from their own PropKaki Inbox keeps their history and sees Mei Lin isn't taking messages here. in place of the typing box, with your WhatsApp, Telegram and Email buttons, whichever you have filled in.
To bring it back: press Turn On for the page first, then turn the assistant on with the My Page switch in Extensions → Reply Assistants → ⋯ → Configure Assistants → Where Clients Meet It.
Can I have the page on with the assistant off instead?
Yes. That combination is allowed, and it is usually what someone actually wants when they reach for the off switch.
With the assistant off the corner disc stops being a chat and becomes a speed dial: pressing it fans out WhatsApp, Telegram and Email, whichever you have filled in. Your page stays up and every enquiry comes to you directly.
You switch the assistant off with the My Page switch in Extensions → Reply Assistants → ⋯ → Configure Assistants → Where Clients Meet It, not here.
What if I only want one thing off the page?
Do not turn the page off for that. Every list in Configure Page — Posts, Videos, Reviews, Webinars, Team, Guides, Articles and Frequently Asked Questions — has a bin on each row, and a listing is taken off from its own card in My Page.
Empty a section entirely and the whole section stops being drawn, heading and all, so taking one section off is 1 decision rather than a switch you have to remember. Your address, your assistant and everything else stay exactly as they are.
