Do visitors on my website cost me credits?

The Short Answer
Reading your website is free, however many people do it. Credits are only used when someone talks to your assistant in the corner: 2 credits a turn on Advisor, 1 on Secretary, and nothing on Auto-Reply. A visitor can never trigger anything more expensive than 2.
Reading your page costs nothing. Talking to your assistant is the only billed thing on it.
What is free?
Everything the page itself does. Opening it, scrolling it, searching it, opening a listing, watching a video, downloading a guide, registering for a webinar and pressing any of your doors all cost 0 credits.
That is true however much traffic you send at it.
What does one conversation cost?
A turn is one question and its reply. The price is set by your assistant's mode:

Auto-Reply is free because it reads back answers you wrote — no model runs at all.
Can a visitor run up a big bill?
No. 2 is the ceiling on your page, by construction.
When you ask PropKaki something yourself, a heavy job — a report, a deck, paperwork — costs more. A visitor cannot reach any of those: whatever they ask and however the answer is put together, the turn is priced at your mode, so it is 1 or 2.
What happens when I run out?
Your page keeps working exactly as it is — every section, every guide, every listing, every door.
The assistant is what stops. You get told when your credits run out, once a day, so you can top up. Your WhatsApp, Telegram and email doors are unaffected, and a visitor can still reach you through them.
Does turning my page on cost more than a chat link did?
Not per turn. It is the same assistant answering, at the same 2 credits on Advisor and 1 on Secretary.
What changes is volume. A page carrying your listings, videos and track record holds someone longer than a bare chat screen does, so more of them start a conversation — which is the point, and it is worth watching your balance for the first month.
If you want the reach without the spend, run the page with your assistant off. The corner disc becomes a speed dial to WhatsApp, Telegram and email, and 0 credits can be spent on it.
