Change your website address
Updated 6 September 2026
The Short Answer
Open Configure Page, then Share, then the Share Link row, and press it to open Customise Your Share Link. Type the handle you want and save. Your old address keeps sending people to the new one for good, so a printed name card or a QR code you have already given out still works.
Renaming is safe. The thing everyone worries about — printed cards — is already handled.
Where do I change it?
- Open My Page, and in Configure Page scroll to Share at the foot.
- Press the Share Link row. Customise Your Share Link opens.
- Type the part after
www.propkaki.com/chatwith/and press Save.
The box tells you as you type whether the handle is taken. The Copy Link button on the same row copies the full address.
Do my old links break?
No. Your old handle is kept and redirects to the new one for good.
That covers the printed name card, the QR code on a standee, the link in an old email signature and the one in a client's chat history. It also means the retired handle is parked and nobody else can take it, so nobody inherits your traffic.
What makes a good handle?
It is the thing you say when someone asks where to find you, so short wins: sarah-lim reads better than sarah-lim-propnex-realty-2026.
Avoid your agency in it if there is any chance of moving — your licence and your page follow you, and an address naming your old agency will not. What clients see first on the page is your Display Name, not the handle.
Does the QR code change?
The QR Code row in Share always draws the current address, so download it again after a rename to get the new one.
QR codes already printed still work — they point at the old handle, which redirects. There is no rush to reprint anything.
Can I use my own domain instead?
Yes. + Get a Custom Domain sits just under the field in Customise Your Share Link, and points an address you own — yourname.sg — at this page.
It is bought on top of the page rather than instead of it; the PropKaki address keeps working either way. See Get a custom domain for your website.
