Take a lead from the Leads tab
Updated 22 October 2026
The Short Answer
Open Leads in the left rail, pick a lead from Available to read its conversation, and press Claim This Lead. The fee comes out of your Leads Wallet — S$40 for a seller lead, S$15 for any other — and the contact unlocks under My Leads, with the person added to your Prospecting.
Each lead goes to one agent only — once you claim it, the contact details are unlocked for you and it leaves the list for everyone else.
How do I take a lead from the Leads tab?
- In the left rail, open Leads. It opens on Available.
- Narrow the list with Show — by Type, Intent or Grade (Max, High, Medium) — or search it.
- Press a lead to read its conversation. Names and contact details stay hidden until you claim.
- Press Claim This Lead. The button carries the fee — Claim This Lead · S$15, for example.
- If your Leads Wallet is short, pick an amount and press Top Up & Claim. You pay by card, and the lead is claimed for you the moment payment completes.
It worked when you see Lead claimed — contact unlocked. and the lead moves to My Leads.
What does a lead cost?
Every card shows its Lead Fee, and the claim button repeats it. That figure is what you pay:
| Lead | Fee |
|---|---|
| Someone selling | S$40 |
| Every other lead | S$15 |
Claims are paid from your Leads Wallet — the balance at the top right of the list, beside Show. Press it to top up: type a Top-Up Amount from S$5 to S$500, or pick S$15, S$30, S$50 or S$100, then press Top Up to pay by card. The wallet is prepaid, and refunds go back into it.
Where does the lead go after I claim it?
The lead moves to My Leads, marked Claimed, and it is yours alone — it leaves Available for every other agent. The conversation now reads Claimed exclusively — contact details unlocked., with their name, number and email, and WhatsApp and email buttons beside them.
The person is also added to your book:
- Open Profile opens their profile in Prospecting.
- On a lead-ad lead, Open in Inbox opens your conversation with them. Its first message is the Home Valuation Report PropKaki sent them, and the header reads Claimed from the Leads shelf.
What is a lead-ad lead?
A card with Lead ad at its foot is a homeowner who asked for a free Home Valuation Report through PropKaki’s own ad. PropKaki has already sent them the report on WhatsApp.
Before you claim, the conversation shows that report with the name hidden as ••••, and only the flat type and town — You can open and download the report once you claim this lead. The Lead Summary shows the report's Estimate, Came From PropKaki’s lead ad, and the day under Report Sent.
What if a lead turns out to be a dud?
- Open the lead under My Leads.
- Press Need help? Contact support, under the contact details.
- Say in a line what went wrong — a bad number, no reply, not a real enquiry — and press Send.
The card then reads Support Requested. If the claim is refunded, it reads Refunded, and the fee goes back into your Leads Wallet.
Why can't I see Leads, or claim a lead?
Leads shows in the rail only for verified agents — your CEA licence, verified in PropKaki — and for agency staff signed in with a recognised agency email. Anyone else sees Verified agents only.
If Claim This Lead is greyed, buying leads is not part of your access in this account — for a teammate, that takes Leads Full Access.
A sample lead presses the same way but charges nothing: This is a sample lead says the person is already in your Prospecting, with Open in Prospecting to go there.
