See your whole team in Team view

Updated 22 October 2026

The Short Answer

Pick Team in the Operating As switcher. Inbox, Prospecting, Files and Schedule then show yours and every teammate's in one list, each row tagged with whose it is. What you can do on a row follows your role in that account, and anything new you create from the toolbar is yours.

Team view merges what you see, never what you do: every press still lands in one account.

How do I turn on Team view?

  1. Open one of the four lists that merge: Inbox, Prospecting, Files or Schedule.
  2. Press the Operating As pill at the top of the screen, beside your picture. It shows only once you can reach another account.
  3. Pick Team, the last option — Inbox, Prospecting, Files and Schedule, everyone's in one list.
  4. The same list opens again with everyone's rows, and the pill reads Team.
  5. To go back to just yours, open Operating As again and pick your own name, marked You.

It worked when a teammate's rows carry their first name, and Prospecting shows an Owner column.

What does Team view merge?

Four lists: Inbox, Prospecting (Follow-Ups included), the file shelf in Workspace → Files, and Schedule. Each shows yours plus every account where your role in that area is View Only or more; an account where it is No Access is left out.

My Page, Leads and the Extensions screens are not merged. In Team they show your own, and the switcher shows your name there.

How do I tell whose a row is?

  • Inbox — their first name on the row and in the chat's header. Your own rows carry no tag.
  • Prospecting — an Owner column beside the tick boxes: You, or their first name.
  • Files — their first name in the name cell.
  • Schedule — a mark with their name on each of their events. The colours stay yours.

A new lead in the host's account also carries an Open tag. See What is an Open lead?

What can I do on a teammate's row?

Whatever your role allows in that account, and no more: a row of an account where you are View Only greys its reply box.

Every press lands in the row's own account. A reply goes out from their number on their credits; Add to Prospects on their chat saves the person in their Prospecting.

Where does something new I create go?

Into your own account. A New Event, an upload, a new folder or a new group made from Team view's toolbar is yours. To make one in a teammate's account, switch to them first.

Groups stay per account: you see your own, and Add to Group is not offered on a teammate's row.

What works differently in Team view?

  • Ticking rows — once you tick one, rows of other accounts grey out: a send or a group lives in one account.
  • Mark All Read — marks each account's rows in that account, except where you are View Only.
  • Merge Chat — only into a chat of the same account.
  • The Inbox dot in the sidebar counts your own unread.
  • Prospecting's foot (N of M on your plan) is not shown.
  • Unsaved chats — the host's chats with nobody saved yet are included; other members' stay in their own Inbox.
  • Files — a teammate's folders sit beside yours, tagged; a file only goes into a folder of its own account.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
