Set up Advisor mode
Updated 6 September 2026
The Short Answer
Advisor is on out of the box, so there may be nothing to switch. It answers property related questions using PropKaki's own data, and refuses to invent facts or give financial advice. Check what it says by messaging your own chat link before you share it.
Advisor is what a new account already has. Setting it up is mostly checking it.
How do I turn Advisor on?
It is already on. Advisor is the default for a new account, so if you have never opened the setting there is nothing to do.
If you switched to another mode, pick Advisor again to switch back.
What will it answer?
Property related questions — what a block has sold for, what the rules are, how a cost works.
It answers from PropKaki's own data rather than improvising, which is why the answers are checkable.
What will it refuse?
Two things, in every mode:
- Inventing a fact about a property it does not have.
- Financial advice — whether to buy, whether a price is worth it for them personally.
It says so plainly rather than guessing, which is the behaviour you want in front of a client.
How do I check it before sharing it?
- Open your own chat link.
- Ask it three questions a client would actually ask.
- Read the answers as your client would.
Your own questions are counted like a client's, so three on Advisor is 6 credits. Worth spending before you put the link on a name card.
