What is my chat link?

Updated 6 September 2026

The Short Answer

Your chat link is a public page where your bot answers on your behalf. Anyone can open it, no app or account needed. Its replies are priced by your bot's mode — 2 credits each on Advisor, 1 on Secretary, nothing on Auto-Reply.

The chat link is the simplest way to put your bot in front of someone.

What is it?

A page anyone can open in a browser and talk to your bot. No app to install and nothing for them to sign up for.

It carries your name, so it reads as yours rather than as PropKaki's.

Do replies on it cost me credits?

Yes, and the price is the mode you switched on: 2 credits a reply on Advisor, 1 on Secretary, and nothing on Auto-Reply, which reads back answers you wrote.

It costs no more here than anywhere else — a reply is the same price on your WhatsApp number. Testing it yourself is counted the same way, so three questions on Advisor is 6 credits.

Do I need to connect anything first?

No. The chat link works on a new account, before any connector is set up. It is the one surface with nothing to configure.

What you should do first is check what your bot says on it — see Set up Advisor mode.

Where do the conversations go?

Into Chats, folded in with everything else. Someone who used your link and later messaged your WhatsApp number is one row, not two.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
