How do I send feedback or report a problem?
Updated 8 September 2026
The Short Answer
Open Account Settings and pick Feedback. Write what happened and send it — it goes to the team that builds PropKaki, not to a queue. If it is about a wrong answer, say which chat, because that is what makes it fixable.
It goes to the people who can actually change it. Say what happened.
Where is it?
Open Account Settings and pick Feedback — one of the 10 tabs there, alongside Account, Personalisation, Usage, Billing, Privacy, Verification, Public Listing, Styles and Team.
What should I say?
Three things, however briefly:
- What you were doing.
- What happened.
- What you expected instead.
That is enough to reproduce almost anything.
What if an answer was wrong?
Name the chat and quote the figure. Those 2 details are what make it traceable.
A wrong number is the most useful report you can send, because it can be traced to the record it came from and fixed at the source.
Will I get a reply?
Not always. Every piece is read, and the ones that name a specific problem tend to turn into a change.
If you need an answer rather than to report something, ask in the chat — that is faster.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes, in the same Feedback box. The most useful version describes the job rather than the button.
I need to see everyone I have not spoken to in a month is more actionable than a request for a particular control.
