How do I organise my files?

1. In the left rail, open Workspace → Files.
2. Press Create to make a New Folder, and name it.
3. Drag a file onto the folder.
4. Or open the file's ⋯ menu (or right-click it), choose Move To… and pick the folder.
5. To move several at once, tick them and use Move To… on the bar that appears.

The file leaves the list you are looking at and shows inside the folder. Move To… → All files takes it back out.

Open its ⋯ menu (or right-click it) and choose Rename.

It changes the file's actual name, so it reads the same wherever the file turns up later — including the picker you attach from. A folder's menu holds two things: Rename and Delete Folder.

Show opens one menu holding all of it:

• Status — Recent, Sent or Trash, one at a time.
• Type — Documents, Images, Videos, Slides, Listings, Cards, Chat Exports.
• Added — Any Time, Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Year, Last Year.
• Client — who it relates to, or Not about Anyone.
• Source — four of them: Uploaded by Me, Saved from a Chat, From a Client, Made by PropKaki.

The pill counts what is narrowing, so it reads Show: 2 when two filters are on. All, at the top of the menu, clears them.

Use the Sort pill: Name, Type, Added, Size, Client, Used or Source. Pick the same one again to reverse it. In the list you can also click a column heading.

The list opens newest first. Grid, beside List at the left of the toolbar, shows thumbnails instead; it has no column headings, so sort it with the pill.
