Put a guide on your website

1. Press the dashed Add a Guide on the page, or + Add a Guide in Configure Page → Guides.
2. On the row, attach the PDF from Computer, My Files or Google Drive.
3. Type the title beside it — this is what a visitor reads under the cover.
4. + Add Another Guide for the next one, then Add.

Up to 12 guides. The page count under the cover is read out of the PDF itself.

The first page of your document, drawn as a picture the moment you attach it. You do not upload a cover and there is nowhere to choose one.

So the first page of the PDF is the shelf — a designed cover page reads well, a page of small print does not. The whole page is shown, not a crop, so nothing is cut off.

In Files, the same shelf your templates and attachments come from. Adding a guide to your page does not make a second copy — it marks the file as being used, and the Used column on that row reads On My Page.

So a guide you already send to clients can go on your website by picking it from My Files, and it stays one file.

Anyone who can see your page. The card says Read and the PDF opens.

The link a visitor gets is PropKaki's own address — it never exposes where the file is stored — and it is minted per press rather than being a link that can be forwarded and reused for ever.

Press the bin on the row in Configure Page → Guides. The guide leaves your website and the file stays exactly where it was, with the Used column back to blank.

A bin on your page is never a delete in Files. If you do delete the file itself from Files, the guide simply stops being drawn on your page.
