How do I fill in a property form?

The Short Answer
Open the Paperwork Assistant, choose one of its 31 forms and fill in the fields; on 12 of them a project search fills in the property for you. Confirm each suggested value, then download the form to print and sign. The page is free with no sign-up; a form filled in a chat costs 10 credits.
You type the deal's details, PropKaki puts them on the official form, and nothing is final until you confirm it.

Which forms can it fill in?
31, in five groups:

What does it fill in for me?
On 12 forms (CEA Forms 1 to 8, the option to purchase, the sale and purchase agreement and both tenancy agreements) the form opens with Which property is this for?. Search by project or address, and it fills in the property's details, plus a suggested monthly rent on a tenancy agreement or a suggested price on the option to purchase, from the project's recent records. Dates and standard defaults are filled in too.
Everything else, such as the parties' names and your own details, you type. It does not read your contacts or your profile.
In a chat, tell the assistant the deal's details. It asks for what is still missing, a few at a time.
Do I have to check what it filled in?
Yes. Each value it filled is marked Suggested with a Confirm button beside it, and the page counts what is left (for example 3 required fields still to fill).
- Download PDF (or Download DOCX, for a Word form) unlocks once every suggestion is confirmed and every required field is filled. The page then says Everything's confirmed — ready to download.
- Download Draft PDF (or Download Draft DOCX) works at any time. A draft prints the unfinished fields blank, so you can check your progress.
A checklist works differently: tick each item as you verify it, then press Download completed PDF.

The 10 in a chat is the same as a slide report or a listing video.
Does it send the form for me?
No. On the page you download it. In a chat on the web, the form sits in the side panel with a Download button that works at any time. On WhatsApp, the assistant sends the file into your own chat when you ask for it.
Signing happens after you download it: by hand once it is printed, or in your own e-sign tool.
