Get a custom domain for your website

Updated 6 September 2026

The Short Answer

A custom domain points an address of your own, like yourname.sg, at your PropKaki page. Open Configure Page, then Share, then Share Link, and press + Get a Custom Domain. On a subscription you type the address and press Contact Sales, and it is set up within 24 hours.

This is the one paid part of the website, and it sits on top of a page you already have.

Where is it?

  1. My Page → Configure Page → Share.
  2. Press the Share Link row to open Customise Your Share Link.
  3. Under the handle field, press + Get a Custom Domain.

The card swaps to the domain face. Back at the foot returns you to the handle field, with anything you typed still there.

What do I need?

A subscription. It comes with any paid PropKaki plan, and the card shows you which face you are on.

Without one you see Point an address of your own — yourname.sg — at this page, and See Plans, which opens the pricing page. Prices live there rather than in the card, so there is one place they can be wrong.

How do I ask for one?

On a subscription the card has a Your Domain field. Type the address — yourname.sg — and press Contact Sales.

That opens a WhatsApp message to PropKaki already naming your page and the address you typed, so the first reply is the answer rather than a question. Setup is within 24 hours.

Do I need to own the domain first?

No — the field's own hint says Own it already, or we can help you register one.

If you already own it, say so in the message and the setup is quicker. If you do not, ask for the one you want and it can be sorted out with the rest.

What happens to my PropKaki address?

Nothing changes at www.propkaki.com/chatwith/your-handle — it stays live, and everything printed with it keeps working.

The custom domain is a second way in to the same page. Nothing is moved, nothing is copied, and there is one page to keep current.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
